Wyze recently had another incident that led to about 13,000 of their customers seeing images from other users' cameras, and some were even able to watch live from inside other people's homes.
It's not just hacker attacks that cause it for us, but technology can also fail us through unfortunate incidents. One way to limit the consequences in case of technical incidents is to ensure that access is limited to your data in your own "cloud" locally. Therefore, we always assume that our installations are locally and purely physically at the customer's property, and only those who have access.
